About the Role
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to maintain commercial offices, residential spaces, and high-standard facilities across major Australian locations. In this role, you take true ownership of your daily tasks, working either independently or alongside a small team in clean, modern, and supportive environments. What You Will Be Doing

Perform routine deep cleaning, dusting, sanitising, and floor care (mopping, vacuuming, and buffing) across assigned facilities.

Apply proper chemical dilution and infection control standards on all surfaces, especially in high-touch areas.

Inspect completed work areas to ensure they strictly meet Fair Work hygiene and site presentation standards.

Safely operate commercial machinery such as carpet extractors, steam cleaners, and auto-scrubbers.

Restock paper goods, hand soaps, and essential sanitary items throughout facilities daily.

Report any structural maintenance issues, broken fittings, or safety hazards directly to the site supervisor.

Manage inventory levels for cleaning solutions, microfibre cloths, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Adhere to strict Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines while handling commercial products.
Requirements
Must Have:

Prior experience in residential, industrial, or commercial cleaning.

Solid understanding of chemical safety, COSHH guidelines, and personal protection protocols.

Physical fitness and stamina to manage active shifts, lifting up to 15 kg comfortably.

Strong time management skills and a proven record of punctual attendance.

Australian Working Rights (or eligibility for a sponsored work visa).

National Police Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one prior to start date).

Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.

Infection Control Training Certificate or White Card (Construction Induction).
