What You Will Be Doing

Requirements

Must Have

• A caring and respectful approach to older adults and people with disabilities.

• Basic spoken and written English suitable for client communication and care records.

• Ability to complete background, identity, reference, and right-to-work checks.

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, or bank holidays where required.

• Ability to follow safeguarding, infection-control, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures.

• Good physical ability to assist with everyday care and mobility tasks safely.

Nice to Have

• Care Certificate, NVQ, SVQ, BTEC, or another UK-recognised care qualification.

• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Experience supporting people with dementia, autism, learning disabilities, or complex care needs.

• Experience using electronic care-planning or care-record systems.
