About the Role
We are seeking commercially minded Sales Managers to lead teams, grow revenue, and help customers make confident buying decisions. You may work in SaaS, technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, financial services, or professional services.
You will own team performance, pipeline health, sales execution, coaching, and forecast accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with daily support for account executives and sales representatives.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead, coach, and support sales representatives to meet revenue and activity targets.

Build sales plans that support company goals, market priorities, and customer needs.

Review pipeline quality, sales forecasts, conversion rates, and team performance.

Run regular one-to-one meetings, sales calls, deal reviews, and team coaching sessions.

Requirements
Must Have

Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or revenue leadership.

Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching a sales team.

Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, quotas, and conversion metrics.

Confidence using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to use performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and practical next steps.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Existing U.S. work authorization, unless the employer confirms sponsorship for the specific position.
