About the Role

Hilton hotel housekeeping teams make the first real impression a guest has after checking in. As a Housekeeper or Room Attendant, you will prepare rooms to Hilton brand standards, keep public spaces presentable, and help guests feel comfortable throughout their stay.

You will own your assigned rooms, complete cleaning and inspection tasks carefully, and communicate quickly when you spot maintenance, safety, or guest-service issues. The work is active, practical, and usually carried out as part of a hotel operations team.

Before applying, check what this role pays in the United States.

Visa Sponsorship Information

Visa sponsorship is not guaranteed by Hilton or by every Hilton-branded hotel. Many hotels operate under franchise or management arrangements, so pay, benefits, hiring decisions, and immigration support can differ from one property to another.

  • Applicants should confirm directly with the exact hotel whether it can consider visa sponsorship for the advertised position.

  • Most regular housekeeping roles are intended for applicants who already have U.S. work authorization.

  • A job offer does not automatically provide permission to work in the United States.

  • Standard Housekeeper and Room Attendant roles rarely qualify for H-1B sponsorship because H-1B positions generally require a specialty occupation and a related degree.

  • Some seasonal hospitality roles may use temporary-worker options, such as H-2B, if the individual employer has an approved need and follows the relevant U.S. Department of Labor and immigration process.

  • Candidates may need a valid passport, employment history, references, identity documents, and background-check information.

  • Employers must verify work authorization through Form I-9 before employment begins.

  • Do not pay a recruiter for a guaranteed Hilton job, U.S. visa, or sponsorship certificate.

  • Check the job advert, the hotel’s official careers page, and official U.S. immigration information before accepting an offer or paying any application-related fee.
