What You Will Be Doing

• Pick, grade, sort, pack, and label fruit, vegetables, flowers, or other agricultural products.

• Operate basic farm tools, machinery, irrigation systems, and equipment after appropriate training.

• Maintain fences, sheds, yards, storage areas, water systems, and other farm facilities.

• Follow workplace health and safety, animal-welfare, biosecurity, and chemical-handling procedures.

Requirements

Must Have

• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.

• Reliability and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, public holidays, or seasonal rosters.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks during a shift.

• Basic English communication skills for instructions, safety procedures, and team communication.
