About the Role

What You Will Be Doing

Requirements

Must Have

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home-care assistant, personal support worker, healthcare assistant, or similar professional.

• Basic French communication skills suitable for client interaction and everyday workplace communication.

• A respectful, patient, and dependable approach to client care.

• Ability to complete identity, reference, criminal-record, and medical checks where required.

• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays when needed.

• Ability to follow safeguarding, hygiene, confidentiality, and workplace safety procedures.

• Physical ability to assist with personal care and mobility tasks safely.

Nice to Have

• French qualification such as DEAES, ADVF, or an equivalent healthcare or social-care credential.
